Repair Service, Warranty & Return Policy

The watch repair, maintenance, polishing, and related services provided by SG Watch Repair Service Center are professional technical services entrusted by customers and do not constitute ordinary retail product transactions.

Once repair services have been completed and the watch has been collected, delivered, or shipped, returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations will generally not be accepted. The standard seven-day appreciation or return period applicable to ordinary consumer goods does not apply to customized repair and maintenance services.

Repair Warranty

Our center provides a limited warranty period for the specific repair services and replacement parts completed by our technicians.

The warranty coverage is limited solely to:

  • Functional abnormalities directly related to the repaired components or replacement parts included in the original service order.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Water ingress or moisture damage after collection

  • Impact or external force damage

  • Improper usage or negligence

  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair by third parties

  • Normal wear and aging of unrelated components

Before any repair work begins, customers will receive:

  • A repair quotation

  • Service details and recommendations

Repair services will only proceed after customer confirmation and approval.

If any repair issue is determined to have resulted directly from technical negligence by our center, SG Watch Repair Service Center will provide reasonable remedial solutions, including complimentary re-repair where applicable.

SG Watch Repair Service Center reserves the final right of interpretation regarding all repair terms, warranty coverage, and service policies.

Return Shipping & Transportation Fees

For mail-in repair services:

  • Customers are generally responsible for the shipping cost when sending watches to our service center.

  • Return shipping charges after repair completion will be clearly stated during the quotation process.

  • Actual shipping fees may vary depending on:

    • Delivery destination

    • Courier company

    • Shipping method selected

    • Insurance or special handling requirements

Shipping Responsibility

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • The shipping cost for sending the watch to our center shall be borne by the customer.

  • The return shipping cost may:

    • be borne by the customer; or

    • be included within the repair service charges, depending on the individual arrangement and service package.
