Customers are strongly advised to package their watches carefully according to our recommendations to minimize potential risks during transit.

Shipping Responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • The shipping cost for sending the watch to our service center shall be borne by the customer.

  • The return shipping cost may either be:

    • borne by the customer; or

    • included in the repair invoice, depending on the specific service arrangement.


Freight Charges

Shipping costs may vary based on the following factors:

  • Destination country or region

  • Selected courier company and service type

  • Whether transportation insurance or declared value protection is required

All relevant transportation charges will be clearly communicated and confirmed with the customer before repair services proceed.


Logistics & Liability

Our center may assist customers in arranging recommended shipping methods; however, SG Watch Repair Service Center shall not be held liable for delays, losses, damages, customs inspections, or other issues caused by logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events during transportation.

For high-value watches, customers are strongly encouraged to purchase additional shipping insurance or declared-value protection services where available.


Free Shipping Policy

Selected repair services that meet the specified service threshold may qualify for complimentary one-time return shipping.

Please note:

  • Free shipping is only applicable to designated regions and logistics methods arranged by our center.

  • The offer applies to standard shipping services only.

  • Additional services such as express delivery, insurance, valuation declaration, or special handling will incur separate charges.

  • Free shipping promotions cannot be combined with other shipping discounts or promotional offers.

  • The latest applicable terms, conditions, and service thresholds shall be subject to the official announcements of SG Watch Repair Service Center.


Delivery Time

Once repair services are completed and shipment has been arranged, the watch will be handed over to the designated courier company for delivery.
